Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes cover a wide variety of drills, techniques and sparring. The drills are basic natural movements that condition your body. These drills sharpen your physical coordination, and enhance your Jiu-Jitsu training. These drills will become basic warm ups for every student, beginner to advanced.
The Techniques are taught in sequence so that the student understands multiple attacks and multiple defenses. Coach Ace shares multiple new techniques every class, so the more the student attends, the more they will learn. Each technique taught are moves that really work, moves that Coach Ace and his students have used in live sparring and in competitions.
In these classes students wear the traditional Jiu-Jitsu uniform known as a Gi, it is also known as a kimono. These classes provide the foundation for your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and should be an integral part of your training regimen. It is also suggested that students train in both Gi and Nogi classes to develop a well rounded game. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are open to students of all skill levels beginner through advanced.
